Creative interests

I know it has been a while so I thought I would back up a few months. As you can see from the photos, I’ve been painting. Remember how our women had been having bad dreams? Well after we prayed over their rooms, my friend Lisa decided she wanted to decorate their bedroom so it didn’t look so dreary and desolate. So we asked the women what their favorite color was, and they said blue. So we got some paint, ordered some curtains and some carpet and got to work. Lisa and I painted murals on their walls with scripture verses. I don’t think the women have had any bad dreams since we prayed for them.

Since then, I have been inspired to paint while worshiping, here are two of my paintings that I have done. My “quiet times” with God have grown into something different as the Holy Spirit has been teaching me new ways to connect with God.
